Item Description
Winner of this package will receive a private tasting for two people at 346 Patisserie, which would include several of their current menu items, as well as some works in progress, a dessert created just for them and a couple pints of gelato or sorbet to take home.
346 Patisserie, named after the freezing point of liquid nitrogen, is the vision of skilled pastry chef Arthur Haynes and offers traditional techniques with a touch of molecular gastronomy.
Boasting a menu of handcrafted frozen novelties that include inventive gelatos, sorbets and frozen spheres, as well as perfectly executed classic pastries like French macaroons, croissants and seasonal fruit tartlets, 346 Patisserie is a new kind of patisserie for the 21st century.
In partnership with his wife Amber Pappageorge, Haynes brings a deep knowledge of classic pastry technique and a love of science to 346 Patisserie. Frozen fans will delight in handcrafted Gelatos and Sorbets made daily in flavors like Roasted White Chocolate, Pecan Streusel, and Lychee. Specialty toppings include liquid nitrogen Frozen Honey Strands, Shattered Chocolate Mousse, and Carmel Powder. Frozen Spheres with a crunchy outside and melt-in-your mouth interior come in flavors like Toasted Marshmallow and Rasberry Chocolate.
