Whether you're a hard-core athlete or a couch potato ready to make some healthy change, you can get in shape with this Fundamentals Session at CrossFit Danville.

Enjoy 6 semi-private training sessions designed to teach the correct technique and safety of Crossfit movements, ending with a short workout that uses the exercises you just learned. This certificate also includes unlimited CrossFit classes for two weeks following the completion of the Fundamentals Session.

Fundamentals Sessions start every two weks, with classes meeting every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7am and 6pm.

CrossFit Danville is a nearly 5000sq foot, fully equipped, fitness training facility located in Danville, California. We offer group and individual coaching, along with Yoga classes, Olympic lifting classes as well as a designated kid’s area. Our workouts are based off of the CrossFit methodology emphasizing constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. CrossFit is universally scalable, which means that the movements and exercises we perform in a workout can and will be scaled to meet each individual’s current fitness level.

At CrossFit Danville you will not find rows of stationary bikes and weight machines. Instead you will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is meant to be moved. All your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities.

Our fitness programming aims to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and improved lifestyle.
