Item Description
A Cloth Book Bag Filled With Advance Reader Copies of Books, Selected by the Staff at Gallery Bookshop.
In its 52 years of existence, Gallery Bookshop has been an important stop for locals and visitors alike. The warmth of the staff, the commitment of the owner, and the support of people from throughout the area and across the country keeps Gallery Bookshop at the forefront of the book experience. The store's shelves evoke an historic feel, and the books transform the shelves into a contemporary landscape of new and old literature, fiction, non-fiction, cooking, how-to, biography, history, and so much more. And there is the Bookwinkles Childrens Bookstore (within a store) that nurtures the idea of young readers getting the habit of reading through the joy of the many titles they're able to browse.
Established in 1962, the store has been in the hands of current owner Christie Olson Day. Today, Gallery Bookshop & Bookwinkle's Children's Books serves local residents and visitors from around the world with an extensive inventory of current and relevant titles, plus a large selection of eclectic volumes not likely to be found online or at any urban mega-store. Honoring our local heritage on California’s north coast, Gallery Bookshop and Bookwinkle’s Children’s Books prominently features sections on local history, logging, ocean life, wine country, mushrooms, marijuana culture, the arts, and books and gift items by local authors and artists.
Item Special Note
The bookbag and books can be picked up at Gallery Bookshop, or Christie will gladly ship them to you.
