LAS VEGAS – Widespread Panic announces the first leg of its spring tour including two shows at The Joint inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas on Friday, March 27, 2015 and Saturday, March 28, 2015. The group will perform with special guests Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe (Friday, March 27, 2015) and Chris Robinson Brotherhood (Saturday, March 28, 2015).

Tickets starting at $55 (plus applicable service fees) are on sale Friday, Dec. 19 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at the Hard Rock Hotel Box Office, online at www.axs.com or by calling 888-9-AXS-TIX. 

The sextet from Athens, Georgia is comprised of John Bell (guitars and vocals), John “Jo Jo” Hermann (keyboards and vocals), Jimmy Herring (guitar), Todd Nance (drums and vocals), Domingo “Sunny” Ortiz (percussion and vocals) and Dave Schools (bass and vocals). Since its formation in 1986, the band has released 11 studio albums, eight live albums, one compilation album and five archive albums, totaling more than three million records sold. By 2002, the group was one of America’s most sought-after rock acts. Widespread Panic continues to be one of the top touring bands, performing at festivals, amphitheaters and packed arenas for loyal fans all over the country.

Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe is also a jam band of its own kind. Comprised of Karl Denson (saxophone and flute), Chris Stillwell (bass), Chris Littlefield (trumpet), D.J. Williams (guitar), David Veith (keyboards) and Max MacVeety (drums), the group is a major festival and club attraction. For over three decades, Denson has pleased audiences with his electrifying performances, making him known as the modern day soul-funk icon.

Chris Robinson Brotherhood made an immediate impact on the music world with its bold debut in 2011, playing more than 50 shows in nine weeks. As a blues rock band, the group has captured the attention of fans all the way from their hometown of Los Angeles to Woodstock, New York. Its latest album, Phosphorescent Harvest, is praised by Rolling Stone as “at once quirky, trippy, soulful and downright magnetic.”
