The only thing better than John Sorensen and team’s Lobster Feasts, is getting to enjoy one at one of the most beautiful settings ‘above’ the valley: Ladera. Perched high above Napa, on lovely Howell Mountain with sweeping views and rolling terrain, Ladera is a spectacular setting for this lobster feast, for 20 adult guests, brought to you by St. Helena’s own Lobster King.

John Sorensen -- aka “The Lobster King” -- and his team will prepare a Lobster Feast that is the talk of the town, featuring (of course) fresh whole Maine live lobsters and prawns, with artichokes, corn and Louisiana hot links thrown in for good measure. Add to that fresh sour-dough baguettes and drawn butter, and complete the picture with wines from Ladera and Jones Family Vineyards and beer from NapaSmith. Ahhhhh!

So, gather up 20 of your favorite party folks, and prepare for a crustacean feast!   All you need is a good appetite and John will provide the rest…including the bibs!

This magical estate winery is owned by Anne and Pat Stotesbery, whose gracious hospitality has become legend in this valley. The beautiful stone winery traces its roots back to the 1880s and has been meticulously restored, and returned to its former glory as a gravity flow winery.

To be scheduled on a mutually agreeable date, in the early afternoon. This feast is not available on Saturdays from May through September, 2015. All other days subject to the availability of Ladera and John Sorensen. Since this feast is best enjoyed and will be served outdoors, weather conditions should be considered. Adults only, please.
