Item Description
The kid-friendly and much lauded Falansai Vietnamese Kitchen—on Harrison street in Bushwick—has generously given us a $150 gift certificate. That is a dinner for 4—depending on how much alcohol you drink!
The restaurant opened last year by a Chinese refugee who cheekily named it after his father's mispronunciation of Francais. Click for New York Magazine review.

Item Special Note
Opened in May 2013, Falansai Vietnamese Kitchen brings Vietnamese cuisine with a twist to the streets of Bushwick, Brooklyn. Reflecting the cross-pollinated culture of Vietnam, dishes blend the heritage of Vietnamese street-food food with French flavors and Chinese cuisine, particularly from the ChaoZhou region. The Michelin Guide-recommended restaurant offers a selection of vegan dishes. L Magazine and Brooklyn Based listed Falansai among the best new Brooklyn restaurants in 2013.
Location: 112 Harrison Place, Brooklyn, NY 11237.
