This item starts with a 30 minute consultation so Deana can get to know your struggles and goals. The 11-day Group Detox is an online support group where Deana guide will guide you through the elimination diet where you remove inflammatory foods from your diet and reintroduce them back after 11 days to identify foods that are problematic for you. You have the option to continue on with Deana for a 28 day whole foods diet (for an additional fee) where she will work with you one-on-one to further identify struggles and help keep you on track.
