Winning bidder to provide 3-4 options in order of preference around 60-75 days in advance, is strongly recommended. Coordination with San Diego Padres and hotels takes about 2 weeks once the dates are selected.

Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee and any additional insurance, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Bidder may be billed separately for shipping charges depending on the item and location.  Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.  Olivenhain Elementary School Auction will only ship within the United States.
