This is your chance to be a part of history! The USS Sequoia is a meticulously restored, 104-foot, 1925 Trumpy-designed yacht that has served U.S. Presidents since Herbert Hoover. The restored original furniture in the comfortable aft salon is still on board today for your use. In addition to the ten presidents who dined in the main salon, John F. Kennedy opened his last birthday gifts and Roosevelt planned legislation to take the country out of the Depression the aft salon.
The Sequoia will be yours for an exclusive 3-hour private Potomac River cocktail and/or dinner cruise for a party they will not soon forget! The exquisite main salon with its rich mahogany walls offers a formal seated dining space for 18 or a buffet for up to 42 guests.
Item Special Note
Winner will receive a certificate for the charter and will need to coordinate with donors for date selection. The certificate must be redeemed for use on a mutually agreeable date between June 15, 2015 and September 15, 2016. Food and beverage not included, Bidder to contract Sequoia approved caterer to provide food and alcohol, if desired.
