Help yourself while helping others! Buyer will receive a gift certificate for 1 week of First Slice's "To Your Table" Subscriber program, in which you’ll enjoy three delicious meals (each serves three adults) at home while also supporting their Outreach Program through which First Slice feeds over 600 meals a week to the homeless community. The menu changes weekly and offers a choice of six entrees (including two vegetarian options), paired with side dishes and dessert.
The Subscriber Program is a creative ongoing fundraiser that sustains the majority of the outreach services that First Slice provides. Buyer will pick up three high-quality prepared meals to bring home to his or her family to eat throughout the week. The meals revolve around a blend of local fruits and vegetables, organic meats, and vibrant spices. Your meals will mirror the kinds of chef-designed meals that First Slice distributes to people living in need.
You can choose a combination of any three entrees. Those three entrees are then paired up with side dishes such as Butternut Squash Chowder, Double Baked Yukon Potatoes, and Fresh Fettuccini with Alfredo Sauce just to name a few. You can mix and match your sides at home to complete your meal. And of course, your meal includes a slice of handmade pie.
