Perfect for summer al fresco dinners or picnics with family and friends - one (1) case of rosé wine. 12 bottles of Chateau Grand Billard, 2012 rosé.

Chateau grand billard rosé is produced by Dominique Chignon and family in the Bordeaux appellation of Entre Deux Mers. This 47 acre property lies just outside the town Monsegur and set between the two famous Bordeaux rivers of the Dordogne and Garonne. Grand Billard--translated as the “Big Pool Table” produces fruity cabernet sauvignon and merlot for a refreshing warm weather treat.

Varietal: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. Average vine age is 25 years. Sustainably farmed and certified by Terra Vitis for best viniculture practices.

Alcohol: 12%

Soils: Rolling hills of clay and limestone

Production: 2500 cases

Vinification: Saignée method. Involves bleeding the early juice early in the red grape maceration process. Stainless steel tank fermentation.
