She began her career and her talents were quickly picked up by L'oreal working on platform and teaching as an educator for L'oreal on her color knowledge. With over 10 years of experience in the salon industry, she has become one of the most sought after colorist in NYC. Before opening Brush, Michelle (Amber) worked at Frederic Fekkai's flagship salon on Fifth Ave NY as one of the top senior colorist. She has a strong network of loyal clients and with high-end, elite clientele such as Sigourney Weaver, Kelly Rowland, Bon Jovi, Daniel Boulud, Princess of Rome Georgina Chapman, Jill Zarin, Patricia Heaton, Kelly O’Reilly, and Linda Fiorentino. She has also worked closely with international renowned model agencies such as Ford, Elite, Wilhelmina, and Next. In addition to these accolades, Michelle (Amber) was one of the educators for Fekkai’s training program, traveling nationally to educate new recruits as well as giving seminars on newest color techniques and trends.
