Item Description

Here's a terrific opportunity for your child to give horseback riding a try! 

The winner of this bid will receive FOUR (4) classes, one day a week, over a FOUR (4) week period.  Horseback Riding at Tom Sawyer camp is designed to teach them basic riding skills over the course of these hour-long classes. Your child will ride on bareback pads and split his or her time riding between instructions and games in the arena and on the trails. The classes are made up of 6-9 riders and 2-3 instructors, so instructions are individualized. The classes will take place at the OK Corral at the Rose Bowl Riders in Hahamongna Watershed Park (formerly Oak Grove Park) in La Canada. Riders must be between the ages of 4 to 12. 

 

 

Item Special Note

Classes are held Monday through Saturday, during the Fall, Winter, and Spring (based on the level of the rider). This certificate has no expiration date.

Items must be picked up at Carver School or all shipping and handling fees must be paid by winner.  Donor and/or Carver PTA are not responsible for shipping costs, which are not included.
