Seth Freeman, J.D. is a professor at NYU's Stern School of Business and Columbia University where he has taught negotiation and conflict management since the 1990's. He has been quoted on negotiation in the NY Times, the Washington Post, and interviewed about it on Bloomberg TV, and he regularly coaches and trains United Nations diplomats, top executives, scientists, lawyers and others. He was chosen to present Great Courses video series on Negotiation: The Art of the Deal. He has a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an economics degree from Cornell University.
