Item Description
Come play in clay with two tickets to Friday Friends & Fun at the Morean Arts Center for Clay!
Whether you are a first-timer or an experienced artist, the Friday Friends & Fun workshop is a great way to explore wheel-throwing! During the workshop, you will paint (underglaze) one of the many pots you will make, and Morean artists will glaze and finish it for you. Within 2 weeks your pot will be ready for pick up.
This is a great way to celebrate a special occasion or just for fun. All you need to bring is your favorite bottled beverage, a towel and your sense of humor and Morean experts will teach you how to throw a pot! All clay materials are included.
The Morean Center for Clay is located at the Historic Train Station on 22nd Street South in the Warehouse Arts District of St. Petersburg.
The Center, one of the largest working potteries in the Southeast United States, offers supplies, education, studio space, and gallery sales in one building.
