Winner will get $1000 which can be used towards Downtown Day Camps tuition, Downtown Community Center membership or programs, or Manhattan Youth After School Programs.

Manhattan Youth Recreation and Resources, Inc. provides the highest quality childcare and  after-school programs plus academic, recreational and cultural activities for children, families and individuals who live or work in Lower Manhattan, regardless of income.  Our programs stimulate, challenge and strengthen children, teens, adults, seniors and families. Our services respond to the needs of our community; we are the only community-based organization serving these needs in Lower Manhattan.

Day summer camp  and  after school programs include activities like karate, theater arts, ceramics, fine arts, yoga, cooking, dance - You name it, the Downtown Community Center/Manhattan Youth has it for your Kindergarten through 8th grader!

Manhattan Youth's Downtown Community Center is a place where our community's parents can confidently bring their children, knowing that we are all part of an extended family that cares as much as they do; a place where our community's seniors can meet to share stories, see friends, and take classes with their children and grandchildren; where adults can come to learn and be inspired; a place where we can all come together as a community.

May be used only for future services or for outstanding balances for services you have already registered for

Only items such as gift certificates that fit in a standard envelope can be mailed if you are unable to pick up. You must notify us by Monday May 11^th by emailing gala@sprucestreetnyc.org if you would like your item(s) mailed to you. There is a $1.00 shipping and handling fee for mailed items. Items will be mailed after scheduled pick up days. Pick up dates and times will be announced soon and will be the week after our event on May 9th 2015. Pick up location is at Spruce Street School (PS 397), 12 Spruce Street, NYC 10038. We are not responsible for items if you do not pick up during allotted pick up times and if no mailing arranged.
