(1) 8 week series of Awareness through Movement classes (Group Lessons) with Allison from Allison Klinger Arts. Awareness Through Movement lessons are easy to do, of benefit to everyone, and the results can be immediate and profound. The lessons are a means to re-engage the nervous system in the kind of fundamental learning process we all have access to as children, but lose as we get older. They employ simple yet sophisticated movement sequences which address every area of the body, and can improve co-ordination, posture and flexibility, restore lost function, eliminate aches and pains, help a person move more easily, find relief from stress, and gain renewed vitality.
Item Special Note
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 27, 2015 and Saturday, March 28, 2015 in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
