Item Description
A Scenic Layout That Provides A Challenge
Swansea Country Club’s 9 hole Par 3 course was designed by Architect Michael Weremay and professionally constructed in 1999 by International Golf Construction. The course is an excellent place to improve your scoring or for beginners to learn to play the game. Couples love playing together in a relaxed environment.
“The Par 3 Course has been instrumental in improving my golf game” – Tom Acciardo (2006 John Burke Memorial Winner and one of the top 20 amateurs in Rhode Island)
The charming layout is as beautiful as it is challenging. It meanders around a 1 and one half acre freshwater pond. Its perimeter is lined with mature tall hardwood trees. While the course has championship quality greens and tees it only takes 75 to 90 minutes to play. The cost to play is surprisingly close to the cost to play miniature golf.
The course is designed with four sets of tees and with the varying hole lengths it requires a different club to play each hole providing maximum variety for the golf practice or playing experience. Par is an excellent score for even the most accomplished golfers.
