Citrus Park Apron's Resident Chef Anthony LoGerfo began cooking professionally at age 16. In 1991, he graduated from The French Culinary Institute after studying under the world-renowned Master Chef Jaques Pepin. From there, he experimented with a variety of international cuisines, including Asian, Middle Eastern, Caribbean and Mediterranean. Now, he shares his passion for food, culinary knowledge and expertise with you at Publix Apron's Cooking School Citrus Park!
