Item Description
"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times..." Either way it won't be a waste of time when you attend a performance of A Tale of Two Cities at Synetic Theater. Everett Quinton's award winning A Tale of Two Cities tells the story of a drag queen named Jerry who finds a baby at his door! To calm the child down, he enacts the entirety of Charles Dickens's A Tale of Two Cities - playing all the characters himself! Originially performed Off-Broadway to rave reviews, A Tale of Two Cities is the winner of the 1989 Obie Award. Mr. Seiden, who has directed numerous plays in the Capital region and across the country and is currently Producing Artistic Director at Studio Theater, will direct at Synetic Theater for the first time. This production has dialogue.
