This stunning piece of artwork generously donated by Christopher Martin, titled “Seasons 2” is 36" x 36". It's a photograph of candle flames that has been manipulated with patterns and colors then printed on metallic paper then set between two pieces of acrylic.

Painting description:
The donation piece is by Christopher Martin. It is a photograph that Chris has taken in which he manipulates the pattern and colors. The photograph is then printed on metallic paper which gives it the highest quality in gloss and high contrast. Once Chris has the metallic print he sets it between two pieces of acrylic which also enables him to have a frame attached to the back. This enables the print to float away from the wall a couple inches once installed. Chris has also signed his name on the back of this print as he does with all of his work.
About the Artist:
We are celebrating 20 years that Chris has been a professional artist.
Chris lives in Snowmass Village with his two children and wife Stacie who is the VP of the, Christopher Martin Gallery.
At this time Chris's main focus has been his painting. He likes to paint with acrylic on acrylic. Large scale acrylic panels that he paints on the back of with acrylic. It is the technique of reverse painting.
Christopher Martin has two galleries. One in Aspen CO and the other on Dallas TX which occupies 5000 square feet.
He has a large triptych aluminum print of an original painting installed on the outside wall Zino's restaurant. The aluminum prints are able to be used as outdoor installations without being damaged by the outdoor elements.
Chris has done the largest reverse painting commission in North America for the Formula One race Track," Circuit of America's " In Austin Texas. The commission painting is sized at 5' x 120' and titled " Velocity "
Chris has had showing at Art Basel and Art Wynwood in Miami FL the last few years plus Houston Fine Art Fair 2013, Scope Basel, Basel Switzerland 2013, Laguna Fine Art 2008 and many others.
Chris has some select collections in locations like, Met Life, Houston TX, Omni Hotel, Dallas TX, Hyatt Hotels, Dallas TX & Key West FL, MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas NV and many others.
