- Membership approval. The winner bidder is said owner on the one-year membership pending The Hermitage Club’s approval.
- Non-transferrable ownership. Introductory membership may not be transferred or sold.
- Conversion to permanent membership. Conversion of the introductory membership to a permanent lifetime (Legacy) is at the sole discretion of The Hermitage Club and is subject to terms and conditions as set by The Hermitage Club.
- Activation date. The activation date of The Hermitage Club One-Year Membership is to be the originally recorded date of the organization’s auction event. (June 15, 2015) It is the responsibility of the winner bidder to contact The Hermitage Club to request paperwork.
