Nuad Phaen Boran (Thai Massage) is a traditional healing art of Thailand based in Ayurvedic yoga, Buddhist meditation and Chinese and Thai medicine. Nuad Phaen Boran unblocks and stimulates vital energy flow in muscles, joints and organs. The practice incorporates passive stretching, acupressure, joint-mobilization, meditative rocking, abdominal breathing and can alleviate lower back pain, migraines, sports injuries, menstrual pain,depression and other conditions. It can also aid in injury prevention and enhance vitality and self-awareness for both participants. Nuad Phaen Boran has become a popular alternative to conventional massage due to its limitless potential for health and wellbeing providing deeper and longer lasting benefits for the client and practitioner.
Diane Tomasi received her Basic Studies Level I & II Certification in December 2009 and her Sen Theory and Application Certification in August 2010 with Al Turner II, LMT, NMT, RTT, of Two-Souls Thai Massage. Diane received her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in Performing Arts, Dance from Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts in 2005. She has an extensive background of contemporary dance, gymnastics, and contact improvisation, and has also taken countless massage, anatomy, nutrition, and body awareness classes all of which help to connect her with the body and to recognize energy patterns, muscle tension and sensitivity within the body.
