A Canfield favorite Live Auction item for years, catering chef to the stars and longtime Canfield parent, Dale Greenblatt, will cater a multi-course gourmet meal (hors d' oeuvre, appetizer, entree and dessert courses) at your home that will have you drooling about it for a long time to come. Through his upscale catering company, Gourmet Fetishes, you will choose your date, menu and guest list to your liking and then sit back, relax and let Dale to the rest. So, to be clear, all food, labor and clean up is included.
Although you can choose from an extensive list of menu items, just imagine that Spicy Ahi Tuna Tartare with Seaweed Salad on Mini Wonton Triangles drizzled with a Ginger-Lime Vinaigrette or those addictive Roasted Bacon Wrapped Dates stuffed with Pecorino-Romano Cheese (if that's your sort of thing) to start. Maybe continue with a Grilled Split Artichoke with Arugula and a Lemon-Pepper Aioli. Take a breath before the Roasted Sweet Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass or the Cabernet and Wild Mushroom Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs on Horseradish Mashed Potatoes. And finish, perhaps, with a rich Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee with Seasonal Berries or a Chocolate-Chambord Souffle.
