Item Description
Base Training & Physical Therapy located in Encino, CA will provide our patients and clients with a comprehensive neuro-musculo-skeletal evaluation and functional movement analysis. Utilizing these evaluations, we will create an individualized and effective treatment program to address your pain and impairments, and quickly help you return to your job, sport, or activity of choice.
BASE Training and Physical Therapy utilizes evidence-based manual therapy techniques, state of the art modalities, and therapeutic exercises in our treatment programs.
Your physical therapy initial evaluation and subsequent treatment may include:
A thorough neuro-musculo-skeletal evaulation with periodic revaluations.
Functional movement analysis for activities of daily living, gait, balance, running, or sports specific movements.

Postural analysis

Soft tissue mobilization

Joint mobilization & manipulation

Dynamic traction for active decompression of the spine

Therapeutic & Corrective exercises

Core stabilization program

Therapeutic modality treatments including low level light therapy, cold laser therapy, iontophoresis, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation

Therapeutic activity utilizing the SMARC machines.
