Description of simmer sauces from her website: We now offer our exceptional Indian home-style sauces in glass jars with a two-year shelf life. As always, we use premium all natural ingredients and traditional techniques. This line offers the convenience of being a pantry item, so a satisfying Indian meal can be yours anytime.
Ketchup: Maya Kaimal's Spicy Ketchup is inspired by the sweet and spicy type served in India. Its sweetness comes from brown sugar, its spiciness from hot chilies, and its warm notes from toasted cumin.
Chickpea chips: Chickpeas are loaded with protein, fiber and flavor. My Chickpea Chips combine this glorious bean with rice and sesame seeds, much like the South Indian snack murukku. Their savory goodness comes from the Asian spice asafetida. You’ll keep reaching for more of these addictively crispy chips.

Items will be available for pick up at Beth El Temple Center at auction close or they can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense.
All items, with the exception of gift certificates, will be shipped via Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping with the United States Postal Service. If the item(s) does not fit into a Flat Rate Shipping box, the item(s) will be boxed into an appropriate box and the best shipping option will be chosen by the auction shipping team. If more than one item is won, we will combine all the items into an appropriate box and the best shipping option will be chosen by the auction shipping team. Mailing/shipping insurance is optional and incurs an additional cost. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
