H2K Happy Healthy Kids Fitness Studio specializes in non-competitive fitness for children and families. We provide a safe, nurturing environment for children and families to stay fit, while building self-esteem and instilling the fundamentals of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. H2K offers classes like Kids Cardio Kickboxing, Kids Zumba, Kids Jam Time, Kids Yoga, Middle School and Teen Classes, Family and me Fitness, Mom and Baby, pre/post natal training, adult yin yoga, Friday night drop-off parties and healthy birthday parties! What makes our classes super unique is that we always end with healthy goals and meditation.
