The winner will receive enrollment in a course called Elements. It's a two week course, 3 days per week (MWF), followed by four regular CrossFit classes (10 total classes).
Winners should email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve their spot in one of our upcoming courses.
Learn proper form on the basic CrossFit movements, prepare for the challenges of our regular CrossFit classes, and HAVE FUN.
Participants will explore the proper form and variations of movements such as:
•Basic body weight or gymnastic movements – push-ups, sit-ups, air squats, pull-ups, burpees
•Basic barbell movements – squats, deadlifts, overhead press
•Olympic lifting movements – snatch and clean
•Other movements or variations of the above – kettlebell swings, box jumps, push presses, thrusters, handstands, wall balls
Participants will also learn how movements are combined into a variety of different CrossFit workouts and how regular classes are run. Proper warm-up, form, cool-down, and self-care are emphasized during the course as they are in regular classes.

People at any fitness level or athletic background are welcomed. We tailor our instruction to meet everyone's needs. This is a great way to start getting into shape after a long hiatus!
