1-on-1 Private Training Sessions

You can expect to receive a full-body blaster in this workout. It will incorporate strength training for your whole body using your own body weight, TRX, dumbbells, kettle bells and much more. We will do cardio bursts, in-between sets of the strength training, to really zap some calories, keeping your heart rate up! When you finish you will leave feeling stronger, empowered & even more fabulous! Get ready to get your sweat on with Bianca Buresh.

Bio:Bianca Buresh, originally from Canada but has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2000. She has always had a deep connection with sports, running & fitness. Bianca is passionate about what she does & has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 9 years. She is Also TRX, and Bootcamp Certified. She incorporates a variety of fitness techniques into her repertoire, but its her enthusiasm and positive attitude that are her best training tools. Bianca encourages her clients to keep going when they dont think they can and discover new limits they didn't know they had. She is happily married and a mother of two children. Bianca had to work hard to regain her own fitness after each pregnancy. Because of this, She try's to inspire other mothers to get out there and exercise. She incorporates her kids into her own workouts to inspire moms to make time for exercise, no matter what, because a 30-minute workout will not only rejuvenate the most tired mama, but is also a fun way to play with your kids!
