Item Description
Euromonitor International is the world’s leading independent provider of strategic market research. They create data and analysis on thousands of products and services around the world, uncovering unbiased historic trends and forecasts for every region, country, category, channel and consumer.
This is a great opportunity for a student interested with a special love of information (Euromonitor specializes in global product, economic and consumer research), marketing and/or consumer behavior.
Let your student experience a "day in the life" at Euromonitor's US headquarters in the Santa Fe Building on S. Michigan Ave. overlooking the Art Institute and Grant Park. Start with a 30 minute introduction to the business from Head of Product Design, Jonathan Fairman. This will be followed by four or five 15 minute meet-and-greets with different designers and analysts. Then you'll sit in on a couple of meetings, have lunch, and attend a brainstorm session with part of the team.
Job shadowing is an effective and efficient way for a high school junior or senior to gather information when choosing colleges, college programs, and majors!
Item Special Note
A three week advance notice is required to schedule visit.
