Get out of school and head to Incline Village!  THREE nights at a beautiful 5300 +/- square foot house in located in the most desirable lower elevation of Incline Village.  Dates are to be mutually agreed upon.  Please note the house is available Fourth of July weekend 2015.

You will be within walking distance to all Incline beaches and close to ski areas.  This is a very unique and special home in Incline Village that will not disappoint! 

No expense was spared on quality and detail; this home is very comfortable, and inviting.  Built in 2005-2007, the first level features a timber post and beam Great Room with a 4' wood burning stone fireplace, 7' fir wainscot walls, and 500 year old antique hardwood floors. The Great Room includes a large dining area with a table for 12. Separating the Great Room and kitchen is an additional eating bar for 3. The chef's kitchen has wood and stone counters, custom cabinetry, two dishwashers, two sub-zero refrigerators and 3-subzero refrigerator/freezer drawers, six-burner thermador gas stove with griddle, wolf double ovens, and microwave. The sunken media room features state of the art surround sound system with 70" Sony flat screen. The separate game room offers pool table, pinball machine, and game console.  Two 1/2 baths finish out the first level.

The second level features four elegant bedrooms which sleep 8. Two sets of stairs conveniently service each end of home. The master bedroom suite (cal king bed) has a gas fireplace and walk-in closet, in-room cable TV and music by individual control. The suite features a large soaking tub with separate stall shower and double sinks. The three additional bedrooms offer queen beds with cable TV. Two additional full bathrooms service the common upstairs area. An open den area with day bed and chairs and laundry room complete the second floor.

The home comes with high speed internet and radiant in-floor heating. The two car heated garage has room for skis, clothes, and boots to hang.  Outdoor space is enhanced with snow melt system for patio, driveway, and selected roof areas.
