Item Description

In the Yixing style, red clay teapot is a persimmon with Chinese characters on one side and floral on the other.

This delicate teapot stands barely 4" tall and spans 6" from spout to handle.

In excellent condition. Never used. Kept on shelf by collector. Can be in YOUR collection.

In some Asian cultures, the persimmon is considered a divine fruit and used in important rituals.

Item may be picked up in Culver City on Sunday, October 11, 2015, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Exact location will be e-mailed to winners.

If the item is not picked up, it will be mailed or packaged and shipped by UPS.  The charges are to be paid by the bidder and will be added to the bid price. There will be a minimum $4 processing fee on each item mailed.  Heavier items will be charged at shipping cost.
