ONE HOUR PRIVATE TENNIS LESSON WITH TIM LEOS

Item Special Note

Tim was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and began playing tennis at the age of 8. He achieved a National Top 10 ranking in both the Boys 14’s and Boys 16’s. In 1984 as the #1 singles player for Cascia Hall he won the State championship. Tim transferred to Nick Bollettieri’s Tennis Academy in Bradenton, Florida to finish out his high school career. During that time he met and trained with Andre Agassi and Jim Courier. He was then recruited to the fourth-ranked University of Tennessee Volunteers in 1985, where he won 2 Southeastern Conference singles titles in 1986 and 1987. After graduating from college Tim played on the Professional tour in the United States and Europe for 2 years.

For the last 21 years Tim has taught tennis in Tulsa as a certified USPTA Professional. He has coached nationally ranked juniors and numerous State champions. He devoted 6 years to coaching top Tulsa juniors in the CTC program (Competition Training Center – Juniors, High Performance). Tim has coached college tennis players, as well as USTA Adult League teams that have qualified for Nationals. Tim is an active USTA Adult League tennis player with a 5.0 NTRP rating, and has qualified two times for Nationals, achieving a Final Four finish on one team. As the Head Pro, Tim will be involved in all programming at LPTC - Adult programming and Director of Junior Development.
