Item Description
This original artwork by class 3-423 was inspired by the children's own personal narrative work, as well as the "action painting" style of Jackson Pollack and the Thesaurus Paintings of Mel Bochner.
The children used paint covered marbles to create a vibrant and energetic background. Each child selected a word which best describes themselves which were then stenciled over the top of the painting. The hashtags are a nod to their digital generation. Can you guess which word belongs to your child?
Acrylic-based paint on canvas, 18x24.
