A Family Pass admits two adults and up to four children (under the age of 18) to the Atlanta History Center or the Margaret Mitchell House!
Located on 33 acres in the heart of historic Buckhead, the Atlanta History Center invites you to explore Georgia’s past through award-winning exhibitions; two historic houses including 1928 Swan House and 1860s Smith Family Farm; Centennial Olympic Games Museum; the Goizuetta Gardens, featuring 22 acres of historic gardens and trails; and the Kenan Research Center.
Redeeming the pass at the Atlanta History Center (130 West Paces Ferry Road) you will receive admission to the entire 33 acre campus of the Atlanta History Center, which includes the interactive Altanta History Museum and Centennial Olympic Games Museum, tours of the 1860's Smith Family Farm and the 1928 Swan House, and six beautiful gardens and trails.
The Margaret Mitchell House, birthplace of Gone with the Wind, is located just five miles away at their midtown campus. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and operated by the Atlanta History Center, the Margaret Mitchell House is a turn-of-the century, three-story, Tudor Revival building where Margaret Mitchell lived and wrote her Pulitzer-Prize winning novel, Gone With the Wind.
Redeeming the pass at the Margaret Mitchell House (990 Peachtree Street), you will receive all-inclusive admission to the Margaret Mitchell House, birthplace of Gone With The Wind, where you can enjoy guided tours of Mitchell's apartment where she wrote the award-winning novel, and explore two exhibitions, Margaret Mitchell: A Passion for Character and The Making of a Movie Legend: Gone With the Wind.
Year round, visitors of all ages enjoy a variety of programs including monthly family festivals, homeschool days, toddler programs, lecture series with award-winning authors, and the opportunity toMeet the Past through our living history programs.
