Item Description
Enjoy this is a rare and special wine. It is 100% aligote hand-harvested from an outstanding single vineyard of low-yielding old vines planted in 1937. The wine is riper, richer, more complex, more concentrated, and more mineral than other wines made from aligote. It has depth, body, complexity, length and charm. The wine has a very pale straw yellow color. It has gorgeous, pure, and fresh aromatics of fresh cut lemons and limes and spiced pears, with suggestions of toasted almonds and chalky minerals. The rich, full palate piles on with ripe bosc pears and citurs along with spice and minerality on a long, pure, and vibrant finish. Drink this gorgeous and unique wine on its own or it wil be even better paired with a crab cake or shrimp scampi.
Item Special Note
Wine will be available and must be picked up immediately after event.
