Item Description
10" x 10" framed embroidered silk graphic image of a woman with arms reaching upwards toward a globe. Embroidered are the words "I think the world of you".
Brooklyn-based artist Jean Lugrin Ferlesch created Clothe My Soul as a way to use embroidery to tell her personal stories. Each piece begins with a hand-drawn sketch. Once scanned into a computer and digitized, it is created and assembled in her studio using rayon thread and dupioni silk, linen or leather.
