Item Description
Open Doors of York is a rare chance to visit eight private homes and gardens along Lindsay Road, one of Maine's oldest streets, and one of York's most beautiful neighborhoods. Tour more than eight properties, including personalized living spaces and landscapes representing a range of styles from contemporary to traditional. A riverside picnic of lobster roll or chicken salad, with summer accompaniments will be held at the Hancock Wharf. At the end of tour day, a happy hour featuring vintage cocktail recipes will be held at the Elizabeth Perkins House, just over Sewall's bridge from Lindsay Road.
