Extract the juice from soft fruits and fruit pulp quickly and easily with this double-racheting press that maximizes juice output and minimizes waste. The barrel-shaped cage holds 16 quarts of fruit. Made of heavy-duty coated cast iron, food-grade enameled steel and hardwood for a lifetime of use. Includes 10 wooden pressing blocks and two semi-blocks. Legs may be bolted down for additional leverage.
