Travel to Japan with American Airlines and Japan Airlines! The winner of this item will receive two items: one certificate from JAL good for a round-trip premium economy ticket from Chicago to Tokyo, and one certificate from AA good for a round-trip coach ticket to anywhere in the United States. These items can be used together to travel to Tokyo from anywhere in the U.S.!

JAL's new premium economy cabin offers more room, improved seating, and expanded meal, beverage, and entertainment options -- you may find yourself wishing your flight were longer!

PROCEDURES TO CLAIM AWARD TRAVEL
· Contact American Airlines Ticket Redemption Center at 817-963-5522 or email Ticket.redemption@aa.com to redeem your letter for travel.
· Hours of operation are 8:30AM to 5:30PM CST MON - FRI..
· To expedite processing of your request:
· Please advise the agent that you are traveling on a promotional ticket.
· Request Booking Code: T
· Please provide award and reference number(s) listed above.
· Please have credit card number and billing address information available for any applicable fees and/or taxes.
· Provide an email address (preferred) or fax number to send your E-Ticket confirmation.
· Seats for promotional tickets/travel are capacity controlled and are based on availability at the time of reservation.
PROCEDURES FOR CHANGES
· Contact the Ticket Redemption Center at 817-963-5522 or email Ticket.redemption@aa.com.
· For travel within 48 hours and after TRC business hours/weekends, MSD will assist with changes. Call MSD at 1-800-433-1790. Hours of
operation are 6AM to Mid-night CST 7 days a week.
· Please have the record locator and new information available.
· Once ticketed, fees per person apply for simple date/time changes, routing changes and/or name changes.
POLICIES
· This award letter is void if sold, purchased or bartered.
· Award letters/tickets are non-transferable. Award letters are not replaceable if lost or stolen and cannot be extended or renewed.
· A Processing Fee will be charged to reinstate travel not cancelled prior to ticketed departure (based on the class of service).
· Passengers are not eligible for American AAdvantage mileage credit or any other promotional benefit that American may offer.
· No AAdvantage or Electronic Upgrades Allowed.
· Travel is not valid on AA codeshare flights.
· Travel must be via the most direct American Airlines/American Eagle routing. Unnecessary and circuitous routings, connecting points, and/or
segments are prohibited.
· When redeeming a Business Class letter and Business Class is not offered, travel will only be valid for Coach.
· Maximum one stopover allowed on applicable routing. $100.00 USD Per Person Stopover Fee Applies.
· Fees, taxes, surcharges, and service charges are the responsibility of the passenger, including checked baggage fees and other airport related
charges.
· All Fees are payable via credit card and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
· One credit card per booking and must be in the name of one of the passengers or be a corporate card.
· American Airlines reserves the right to change blackout dates, embargo free travel, and change policies without advance notice.

The following terms and conditions apply to this prize.
· Ticket cannot be transferred or refunded and has no cash value.
· Prize winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, fuel surcharges, and fees.
· Reservations are subject to availability. All reservations should be requested through Chicago Sales Office (773) 601-7520 or email at yingyu.zhang@jal.com at least four weeks prior to departure.
· The ticket is valid for 90 days after issue.
· Due to heavy travel periods, the following date restrictions may apply - April 25 through May 10, the months of June, July, August, and December 20 through January 10, as well as other holidays.
· Seat selection will be available only upon check-in at the airport for each flight sector involved.
· Please prepare all travel documents such as passport and visas prior to requesting your reservation.
· Japan Airlines is obligated to report all free tickets to the Internal Revenue Service, and for this reason we will need your Social Security number at the time of your reservation.
· Neither frequent flyer mileage credit nor marketing campaigns at the time of travel shall apply.
· Hotel accommodations and mileage accumulation are not included in this prize letter. Mileage upgrade is not applicable.
· Extensions and rerouting are not permitted. Travel must originate from Chicago only.
