Your Le Cordon Bleu Chef Instructor will teach practical techniques that can be used to achieve your very own masterpieces at home. The unrivalled Le Cordon Bleu teaching methodology utilizes a hands-on practical approach in a professionally equipped kitchen. Participants must be age 14 or older.

Afternoon Tea at Fairmont Chateau Laurier, Ottawa

Enjoy a $100 Fairmont gift card to use for afternoon tea in the lovely setting of Zoe’s, a stylish lounge known for its elegance and timeless décor.  Freshly baked Victorian scones, homemade strawberry jam and Devonshire Cream, prepared tableside, are the highlights of the Afternoon Tea service.

Fairmont Château Laurier, Ottawa

Enjoy a 3-night stay in a traditional Fairmont room including daily breakfast for two at this 4-star luxury hotel.  Located in the heart of Ottawa next to the Parliament Buildings, the landmark Fairmont Château Laurier is a magnificent limestone edifice with turrets and masonry reminiscent of a French château.  The Rideau Canal offers miles of bicycle and inline skating paths and the world's longest skating rink just outside your door.  

The nearby Gatineau Hills offer great hiking, biking and canoeing, and in the winter, cross-country ski trails and excellent downhill thrills. During downtime, drop by the health club equipped with premier fitness machines and personal flat-screen televisions or take a dip in the art-deco pool. 

Airfare

This package includes round-trip coach class service for two from any major metropolitan airport in the 48 contiguous United States to Ottawa, Canada, subject to availability.

Airfare must be booked within one year from the date of purchase. Airfare taxes and a $25 per person processing fee are the responsibility of the purchaser. Blackout dates: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s weeks.

Business and First Class upgrades are available at the time of booking for an additional fee. Use of frequent flyer miles for upgrades is dependent on specific ticket restrictions as determined by the airline’s frequent flyer program.

Must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance.  Reservations are subject to availability.  Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.  All purchases are non-refundable.  Packages cannot be resold.  Suggested retail value is calculated using tariff air rates and rack room rates.  Ground transportation is not included.
