Item Description
Pronounced "kah-HONE", this is a Peruvian box drum that a child can sit on. The orange front plate is the primary playing surface, but you can play on the sides too. Please just use your hands - no sticks!
The front plate has metal snares behind it, so when you hit the front in certain places you will get a sizzling sound. You will notice that you can get a wide range of other drum tones by playing on different spots. Enjoy!
The Minor Chord is an independent family-owned music store in Littleton, Massachusetts. They have been serving local musicians since 1984 with instruments, lessons, sheet music, accessories and repairs.
