Item Description
The Aldabra tortoise shell print was done on a piece of art paper in teal paint. Aldabra tortoises are native to the islands of the Aldabra atoll in the Indian Ocean. Aldabra tortoises can live up to 150 years, some unconfirmed reports of over 200 years exist. One pair of tortoises came to the zoo as adults in 1956, if you do the math it can easily put them over 90 years old! The artwork's dimensions with matting are 14"x14".
