JDRF (formerly known as the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation) is the leading global organization focused on Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) Research. JDRF’s goal is to progressively remove the impact of T1D from people’s lives until we achieve a world without T1D. As the largest charitable supporter of T1D research, JDRF is currently sponsoring $450 million in charitable research in 17 countries. The Illinois Chapter raises over $10 Million each year with two flagship fundraising event; One Walk and the One Dream Gala.
Job shadowing is an effective and efficient way for a high school junior or senior to gather information when choosing colleges, college programs, and majors!
