Item Description
Have your favorite piece of art framed by one of the best. Greenhut Galleries was started 35 years ago by owner and founder Peggy Greenhut Golden, before the Old Port district in Portland even had a name. Now it is in the heart of that historic area, and helps define what the Old Port, and art in Maine, is all about.
The reputation of Greenhut Galleries and its artists has spread across America, and collectors as far away as Australia and Europe have bought the special work that Greenhut represents. The Gallery has acted as consultants for several major corporations, including A.G. Edwards, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Unum.
-
Greenhut is open year-round: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
-
Their solo shows feature the work of one artist, shown in conjunction with a selection from their inventory.
- Their elegant in-house framing presents the artwork to perfection.
Item Special Note
