The winner of this package will receive 1-hour of in-office computer/information technology consultation and support.
Johnson's IT Company specializes in providing complete computer and data support to small-and mid-sized professional businesses. With this in mind, the winner of this package will receive the same expert, thoughtful, friendly and professional support that regular clients of Johnson's IT Company have come to expect and value - all wrapped in an up-to-1-hour visit to your office location.
During this hour the lucky winner can either have specific issues addressed (e.g. a computer/networking/software problem), or get a more general, strategic consultation for the technology-direction of the business - or a mixture of both. While there are some issues that can't be solved in 1 hour's time, Johnson's IT Company will be able to tell ahead of time whether a given issue would be likely to need additional time, thus allowing the customer to make an informed decision about which problem they would like to have to tackled first to maximize cost-effectiveness.

The hour needs to be scheduled for weekedays between 7:30am and 5:30pm with a 24-hour notice. No holidays. Package is for work in a business environment only (no home computers).
