2011 Bourgogne Blanc, Clos du Chateau ($32)  This over-achieving Bourgogne Blanc is stellar year in and year out.

2010 Puligny-Montrachet ($64)  - A classic Puligny combining the magical precision of the floral bouquet and the steely backbone which runs all the way through the wine.

2010 Pommard ($51) - A burly Pinot Noir with lots of perfume, deep color, medium-full tannins and plenty of weight.  This bottle will reward you if it is aged for a few more years.

2011 Camus-Bruchon Savigny-les-Beaune, Aux Grands Liards ($38) - A typical Savigny, a touch more full-bodied with a charming rustic quality.

2011 Goisot Saint Bris ($21) - This wine shows the brilliant minerality and poise from the master of the appellation. Nose of citrus and melon. Very long and intense.

2010 Francois Chidaine Montlouis, Les Choisilles ($30) - An estate blend with a nose that is somewhat more tropical than the other dry bottlings.  A bracing acidity and the minerality that goes on and on…

2009 Francois Chidaine Montlouis sur Loire, Les Lys ($81)  - This wine is only produced in vintages where all of the stars line up to make great late harvest chenin!

2009 Chateau Pierre-Bise Coteuax du Layon Beaulieu, Les Rouannieres ($30) -  This shows the classic minerality of this vineyard with rich, honeyed aromas of candied orange peel. Very rich, with zesty acidity, this will drink well tonight with cheese or age for decades.

1991 Moulin Touchais Coteaux du Layon ($70) - The vins from this estate are said to age well for 50 to 100 years. This wine has attractive flavors of pine, honey, macaroon, and anise. It is supple, fresh, eternal and extraordinary.

Non-Vintage Dominique Piron Cremant de Bourgogne ($22) - This Beaujolais Blanc sparkling wine has full, rich fruit, backed up by crisp acidity. Apples and citrus dominate as the palate is refreshed by this classy sparkler.

2014 Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rosé, Languedoc ($11)  - This delightful salmon-pink wine is produced using the traditional saignée process. Very food friendly, it is a great companion to just about anything.

2013 La Caboote Cotes du Rhone Rouge ($13) -  This little winery is a slice of Provenceal paradise. This wine has plenty of spice and earth to coat the sweet fruit. Blackberries and raspberries are in abundance, with some pepper.
