Casa de Campo

Enjoy a 4-night stay in a superior room with a king bed or two double beds for two at this AAA 4-Diamond Award Winner and member of Leading Hotels of the World and Preferred Hotel Group. These 600 sq. ft. oversized hotel rooms are highlighted by contemporary comforts and 5-star hotel conveniences, including air conditioning, high speed wireless Internet and espresso coffee machines. Complimentary use of an electric touring cart included during your stay for exploring the 7,000 acre hotel, resort, marina and residential community of Casa de Campo. Private beach, pool, gym and fitness center access included.

Activities listed below and meal supplement options available for an additional fee:

Golf: Known throughout the world for its legacy of championship golf, Casa de Campo is home to three 18-hole courses designed by master course architect, Pete Dye. Try your hand at his Teeth of the Dog, the #1 course in the Caribbean and one of the top 50 in the world. This Pete Dye classic attracts the best professional and amateur golfers from around the globe. Or go for a friendly game on The Links or Dye Fore, each highlighted by seaside fairways, cliff-side greens, and colorful gardens and landscape.

"The Sporting Life": Casa de Campo boasts world class equestrian/polo, shooting (skeet trap and sport clay), tennis and water sport facilities. Horses are available for trail riding as well as Donkey Polo for children and anyone who's never ridden a horse before. Chase wahoo, tuna, marlin and barracuda in the sea or go fresh water fishing on the Chavon River. Kayak, sail and snorkel off the resort's private Minitas Beach or on excursion to one of several offshore islands. Other activities available include bike rentals, zip lining, catamaran cruises and cave tours.

Spa: Hidden away among the rolling hills, rivers and tropical foliage of the resort, the spa offers an eco-friendly sanctuary complete with Zen garden, spa suites, private villas and gazebos on sandy beaches. Treatment Services include massages with essential oils, exfoliating body treatments, tropical fruit essence body wraps, skin detox, facials, and aromatherapy.

Dining: A visit to Casa de Campo is a culinary escape, with more than a dozen restaurants and bars offering international cuisine, indoor and al fresco dining and impeccable service. Airfare

This package includes round-trip coach class service for two from any major metropolitan airport in the 48 contiguous United States to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, subject to availability.

Airfare must be booked within one year from the date of purchase. Airfare taxes and a $25 per person processing fee are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Business and First Class upgrades are available at the time of booking for an additional fee. Use of frequent flyer miles for upgrades is dependent on specific ticket restrictions as determined by the airline's frequent flyer program.

Item Special Note

Hotel Blackout dates: December 21, 2015 through February 28, 2016. Airfare Blackout dates: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's weeks.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance. Reservations are subject to availability. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. All purchases are non-refundable. Packages cannot be resold. Suggested retail value is calculated using tariff air rates and rack room rates. Ground transportation is not included.

Local pickup encouraged by the winning bidder. Pickup times are May 18th 7:45-9:00AM & 1:45-2:45PM at La Costa Heights Elementary (Parent Room).

Items can be shipped to the winning bidder, however, actual shipping charges (including insurance) will be added to the total bid.
