Learn to make rustic homemade pizza in this two-hour session. We will mix and roll out the dough for at least two different pizzas (with toppings of your choice), then watch as they bake - almost instantly.
You'll get to taste your creations straight out of the oven, and take home the leftovers (if there are any) plus enough dough to make two more pizzas on your own at home.

Veteran Limmudnik Karen Radkowsky has studied artisan pizza making with Jim Lahey of Sullivan Street Bakery (and author of My Pizza) and at Le Pain Quotidien's Bleecker Street Bakery.

Maximum 2 adults or teens. All ingredients provided.
This session will take place in Karen's Upper West Side kosher kitchen. To be scheduled on a mutually-convenient evening or Sunday in the fall or winter.
