Item Description

DBGB Kitchen and Bar is Chef Daniel Boulud’s downtown place where the French brasserie meets the American tavern.

Start with our house-made seasonal vegetable tart & our signature DB salad with Dijon mustard dressing. Then dig in to a stuffed with pork loin, roasted tomato wild mushroom, Swiss chardserved with Chef’s selection of seasonal produce. Finish the evening off with our flaming Baked Alaska for dessert, flambéed table side with kirsch!
